Tasting notes

Vitality Matcha Kombucha has a light yellow color with green highlights. On the nose, it has fresh, herbaceous notes of matcha and mint, enriched by a touch of cornflower. On the palate, it is delicate and refreshing, with a pleasant acidity and a slightly sweet finish, balanced by lemongrass.

Pairings

The freshness and herbaceous notes of Vitality Matcha Kombucha pair perfectly with dishes such as fresh vegetable salads, raw fish dishes such as sushi and sashimi, or light vegetarian dishes. Production method

Vitality Matcha Kombucha is crafted using artisanal techniques, starting with the fermentation of green tea with the SCOBY. Once the fermented base is obtained, high-quality matcha, cornflower and mint are added. Fermentation takes place in small batches, to ensure maximum quality control. After fermentation, the drink is bottled and left to mature for a few days, to develop its aromatic notes and light natural effervescence.
