Note di degustazione

Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections. The nose is varietal with hints of elderflower, vegetal notes of nettle and lemon balm, mineral note of flint. On the palate it is savory and fresh, dry and rather warm.

    Try it in combination with Riserva San Massimo Carnaroli rice with Turiona asparagus cream.

  • Metodo di produzione

    White vinification at low temperature. Fermentation and aging on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for approximately 5-6 months. It rests in the bottle for another 3-4 months.
