The classic vine of the same name, of Bordeaux origin, is a generous wine, with a strong personality, very similar to its brother Cabernet Franc, compared to which it is however softer. In Trentino, Cabernet is widespread in various pedoclimatic environments, where it finds an ideal microclimate.

Note di degustazione

Intense garnet red colour. The nose is fruity with hints of small red fruits and elegant tannic notes. On the palate it is soft, velvety and full-bodied.

    Ideal to accompany a platter of cheeses aged for at least 24 months such as Trentingrana or Vezzena.

  • Metodo di produzione

    After a prolonged maceration on the skins, maturation follows in large oak barrels for 24 months first and then refinement in the bottle for a further 6 months.
