Red Malvasia is a native variety from South Tyrol and nowadays almost forgotten. The winemaker Urban managed to give it new life in his vineyards thanks to great talent and passion.

A living wine, produced according to the biodynamic method, which originates from porphyritic soils, ferments spontaneously, matures in wooden barrels and is bottled without filtration. Before being put on the market, the wine matures in the cellar for at least a year and a half.

Note di degustazione

Cherry red in color with ruby ​​reflections. The nose has hints of small ripe red fruits and dried aromatic herbs, such as thyme and juniper. On the palate it is fresh, full-bodied and with elegant tannins.

    Ideal to accompany stuffed pork rolls with rosemary and bacon.

  • Metodo di produzione

    Spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks and maceration on the skins for approximately three weeks. This is followed by refinement in large oak barrels for approximately two years. Bottling without fining and filtration.
