Lingera is a sparkling white wine that is part of the range of wines produced by Maso Caliari. This wine is inspired precisely by the figure of the 'lingera', which in the dialect of Santa Croce in Bleggio Superiore, the area of origin of this wine, means slacker: a slacker who without too many qualms spends his days perched on a branch enjoying doing nothing. Here we like to imagine ourselves like him, in fine weather, enjoying a cool glass of this splendid sparkling white wine to quench the thirst at the end of a long day (working or otherwise).

Note di degustazione

Sparkling white wine with bottom, straw yellow colour, fine and persistent perlage. Fresh and fruity aroma with hints of apple, pear and citrus fruits. On the palate it is fruity, juicy, thirst-quenching and fresh with a light acidity balanced by the sweetness of the suspended yeasts.

    Try it in combination with an arctic char and green apple tartare with citrus fruit and aromatic herb marinade.

  • Metodo di produzione

    The grapes are grown naturally. First fermentation in steel and refinement for three months on fermentation yeasts. Subsequently, yeasts and grape must are added to the mass, followed by bottling. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle and after a few months the wine is ready. Here it is found with a nice crown cap because disgorgement is not carried out. It expresses all its rusticity if drunk with its own yeasts.
