Note di degustazione

Golden yellow in colour. Aroma of ripe fruit with hints of acacia, apricot and walnut. On the palate it is structured and enveloping, with a persistent and aromatic finish.

    Try it in combination with a vegetarian terrine or, alternatively, with Asian dishes such as udon with sautéed vegetables!

  • Metodo di produzione

    After a late harvest and destemming, the must, together with the skins, is fermented in steel. At the end of fermentation, the skins are removed and the wine is left to refine in 500 and 220 l wooden barrels, where it remains for up to a year before being bottled and marketed after 8 months have passed.
