A story that has its roots in a distant past, when Marzemino produced right in Vallagarina arrived on the tables of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. This wine is obtained from the selection of the best Marzemino grapes grown in Isera, in the most historic vineyard of De Tarczal. The name and label are a tribute to Ruggero's grandfather: Géza Dell'Adami de Tarczal, hussar officer of the Austro-Hungarian cavalry .

Tasting notes

Lively ruby ​​red color with amaranth reflections. The nose is fruity with hints of small red fruits and a floral note of violet. On the palate it is broad and full-bodied, dry, balanced and harmonious.

Pairings

Ideal to accompany a roast meat and potatoes from Val di Gresta.

Production method

After fermentation in steel vats and containers, maturation follows in large oak barrels for 18 months first and then refinement in the bottle for a further 6 months.
