There are two vineyards from which Gewürztraminer In der Eben originates: the first of volcanic origin, porphyritic and less generous, and the second of alluvial origin, deeper and fertile. The union of the grapes from these two vineyards gives life to a living wine, produced according to the biodynamic method, which ferments spontaneously, matures in wooden barrels and is bottled without filtration.

Intense straw yellow colour. The nose is fruity with hints of litchi and mango, spicy with hints of carnation. On the palate it is fresh, soft and full of character, with excellent persistence.

Spontaneous fermentation in large oak barrels, approximately 30% ferments with the skins and stems, malolactic fermentation and aging in large barrels. Bottling without fining and filtration.
