Note di degustazione

Ruby red colour. The nose is fruity with hints of small red fruits and a light herbaceous note. On the palate it is dry and medium-bodied.

    Ideal to accompany a roast turkey rump.

  • Metodo di produzione

    After a medium maceration on the skins, maturation follows in large oak barrels for 24 months first and then refinement in the bottle for a further 6 months.
