Note di degustazione

Ruby red in colour. The nose is fruity with hints of small red fruits such as currants, blackberries and black cherries and hints of vanilla and chocolate. On the palate it is full-bodied and fresh, the same aromas reappear as on the nose and notes of undergrowth, the silky tannins give a dry and clean finish.

    Ideal to accompany a full-bodied first course such as lasagna Bolognese.

  • Metodo di produzione

    After maceration on the skins for approximately 15 days and subsequent fermentation in steel containers, followed by maturation for 12 months in French oak barriques and then refinement in the bottle for a further year.
