With an intense ruby red color. The nose is fruity with hints of black cherry, berries, dried flowers, cocoa. On the palate it is full-bodied, fresh and surprisingly tasty.

Production method
After a partial drying of the grapes, first a fermentation with indigenous yeasts follows and then a refermentation with the dried part. The 12-month refinement takes place in oak and cherry barrels.
