Majere, from the Latin major-superior, is the name of the vineyard from which the grapes used to create this wine come. Since time immemorial, an ancient native grape variety of Vallagarina called “Casetta” has been cultivated here, also known as Lambrusco a Foglia Tonda or Maranèla in the Ala area (Trento).

Note di degustazione

Ruby red in colour. The nose is fruity with hints of red fruits and a light spiciness that recalls vanilla in youth which, with aging, evolve towards leather, chocolate and mineral. On the palate it is balanced and full-bodied, moderately fresh and with elegant tannins.

    Ideal to accompany a risotto with porcini mushrooms.

  • Metodo di produzione

    After maceration on the skins for approximately 15 days and subsequent fermentation in steel containers, followed by maturation for 12 months in French oak barriques and then refinement in the bottle for a further year.
