Ruby red color with purple reflections. The nose is fruity with hints of raspberry, plum, blackberry and hints of cocoa and graphite. On the palate it is elegant and harmonious, fresh, pleasantly tannic with a balsamic and persistent finish.

After fermentation using indigenous yeasts, a long maceration is carried out on the skins in steel, wood and concrete containers. The 24-month refinement takes place in oak barrels of various sizes.
