Intense amber color with golden yellow reflections. On the nose it is delicate, complex and particularly soft with memories of the scent of bread, orange peel, wild flowers, elderberry, vanilla, plum, nuts, raisins. The taste is soft, rich and enveloping, very harmonious with a finish of vanilla, almonds and cocoa.

Try it in combination with Trentingrana 24 or 30 months or simply at the end of the meal.

After having scrupulously selected the best grapes, a slow distillation follows in discontinuous cycle copper stills, typical of Trentino. This phase, followed by the master distiller who cuts the head and tail, is essential to preserve the precious characteristics and aromas of the vine. After distillation, the grappa rests in stainless steel for six months, before being reduced in alcohol content with spring water from Trentino and then aged for 3 years in oak barriques, reaching a more complex and enveloping character.
