This Trentodoc was born on the hills surrounding Aldeno, just south of Trento, an area historically dedicated to viticulture. It is here, in 1910, that a group of producers decided to found the Cantina Sociale di Aldeno. The name of this Trentodoc is a tribute to the possible Latin name used to identify this place in ancient times: Altinum.

Note di degustazione

Straw yellow, fine and persistent perlage. Floral scent of wildflowers, which leave room for fruity aromas of apple, honey and almonds. On the palate it is elegant and balanced, with hints of yeast and a persistent and slightly almond finish.

  • Metodo di produzione

    After manual harvesting and soft pressing, fermentation in steel takes place. After the secondary fermentation in late spring, the bottles begin their journey on the yeasts for over 36 months.
