Note di degustazione

Rosé, with subtle and very persistent perlage. Intense aroma with hints of small red fruit and notes of yeast. On the palate it is robust with a balance of the acid and saline component which enhances its personality, fresh and elegant.

    Try it in combination with a platter of cheeses and cold cuts or with a plate of spaghetti with seafood.

  • Metodo di produzione

    A hand harvest is carried out with careful selection of the bunches. The grapes are pressed and the must remains in contact with the skins in the press to favor the extraction of the color and the noblest aromatic precursors of Pinot Noir. Fermentation then takes place and the base wine spends a long time on the yeasts. Stored in steel tanks, it is bottled the following spring with the addition of selected yeasts. After aging for a period of at least 36 months, remuage is carried out and then disgorgement with the addition of the liqueur d'expedition and subsequent packaging.
