Note di degustazione

Pale pink with fine and persistent perlage. Intense and fruity aroma with notes of small red fruits, raspberries and currants, citrus, floral notes of dog rose. On the palate it is dry with a long and persistent finish.

  • Metodo di produzione

    Soft pressing of the whole grapes and maximum must yield of 55%. Fermentation conducted only in steel. Refermentation in the bottle with the addition of selected yeasts for secondary fermentation. Refinement and permanence on the yeasts for 36 months. Disgorgement without the addition of any expedition liqueur. Rests in the bottle for a further 6 months.
