“ Ziresi ” is the cru vineyard of excellence with a very high suitability for the production of Marzemino Superiore . Located in the municipality of Volano (TN). Thanks to its pedoclimatic peculiarities, this emblematic vine of Vallagarina manages to express all its elegance.

The Salizzoni Agricultural Company has always wanted to take the path of valorising the native varieties that are historically cultivated in Trentino, starting from tradition and classicism, to arrive at elegance and pleasantness.

Tasting notes

With a ruby ​​red color of excellent density. On the nose it presents the characteristic floral notes of sweet violet and ripe red fruit. On the palate it is soft and with elegant tannins.

Try it in combination with grilled meat, roasts or a game dish.

Production method

Manual harvest of the grapes at the beginning of October. The red vinification, carried out with skill, pays great attention to the ripeness of the grapes and takes place in stainless steel with maceration on the skins for approximately 15 days, in order to completely extract the tannic fraction from both the skins and the seeds. Part of the grapes is dried for two months and after fermentation the wine is aged in amphorae and cherry barriques for about a year. Once bottled, it is put on the market after 3 months.
