Note di degustazione
The Teroldego Superiore Riserva 2021 has a deep ruby red color. On the nose it offers a complex bouquet with notes of ripe berries, black cherry and plum, accompanied by spicy hints of black pepper, vanilla and cocoa. On the palate it is full-bodied and enveloping, with soft tannins and a long persistence that closes with a harmonious and velvety finish.

Metodo di produzione
The Teroldego grapes are harvested manually in the selected vineyards of the Piana Rotaliana, guaranteeing only the best bunches for this Riserva. After a prolonged maceration to extract the maximum of aromatic and polyphenolic substances, the wine is aged in oak barrels for at least 24 months. This process gives complexity, structure and an elegant spicy bouquet. Before being released for sale, the wine rests further in the bottle to ensure harmony and balance.
