Rebo, this genetic cross between Merlot (mother) and Teroldego (father) was developed by Prof. Rebo Rigotti of the research center of the Agricultural Institute of San Michele all'Adige (TN), reaping the fruits of a work begun in 1948. Upon his death, his collaborators wanted to honor him by giving this cross the name Rebo. Since the 1996 harvest the Rebo has obtained the DOC Trentino.

Note di degustazione
With an intense ruby red color. On the nose it presents intense hints of red berry fruit and pleasant spicy notes. On the palate it is aromatic and round, with a nice body and a good tannic texture.

Metodo di produzione
After a medium stay on the pomace, the wine first matures for 12 months in large oak barrels and then refines for 6 months in the bottle.
