Welcome to Pressano, in the municipality of Lavis, located north of the city of Trento. The name of this enchanting village has ancient roots: Pritianum or Persanum, which indicated the healthiest place, the best choice, the happiest of all the surrounding sites.

In 1991, on these hills, Alessandro Fanti decided to continue the work started by his father Giuseppe, dedicating himself not only to the care of the vines, but also to winemaking. The cultivation of Nosiola, with low yields per hectare, well-exposed limestone-clayey soils and excellent ventilation and altitude, allows this variety to express itself at its best, particularly a couple of years after the harvest.

Note di degustazione

Straw yellow in color with golden reflections. On the nose it presents floral notes of wildflowers in spring, aromatic herbs with a balsamic note, flint and the characteristic hazelnut. On the palate it is savory and fresh, dry, enveloping and with an almond finish that recalls hazelnut.

  • Metodo di produzione

    After a brief maceration on the skins, the fermentation takes place half in wood and the remaining part in steel. Aging for up to 8 months on the yeasts.
