Note di degustazione

Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections. On the nose it presents floral notes of jasmine, fruity reminiscent of white peach, with a vegetal note of sage. On the palate it is fresh, savory and persistent.

  • Metodo di produzione

    White vinification with short maceration on the skins. Fermentation and aging on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for approximately 6 months. It rests in the bottle for another 3-4 months.
