Note di degustazione
The 2023 Merlot presents itself with an intense ruby red color. Notes of ripe red fruits, plum and cherry emerge on the nose, accompanied by hints of aromatic herbs and a delicate spicy touch. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, with velvety tannins and a balanced acidity that makes the wine fresh and pleasantly persistent.

Abbinamenti: lasciati ispirare
This Merlot pairs beautifully with grilled red meats, roasts and stews, such as beef stew with vegetables. Excellent with dishes based on porcini mushrooms, such as risotto or tagliatelle with mushroom ragù. It also pairs perfectly with semi-mature cheeses or a platter of Trentino cured meats, for a rich and tasty tasting.

Metodo di produzione
The Merlot grapes are harvested manually in the vineyards of Piana Rotaliana, ensuring the selection of the best bunches. After a delicate destemming, the fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature to preserve the primary aromas. The wine then ages in oak barrels for a few months, where it develops structure and complexity, before being bottled, continuing the refinement for a few months.
