Marzemino Gentile is a vine that has found its ideal habitat on the basaltic soils of lower Trentino. Remembered in Mozart's "Don Giovanni", it is the typical wine of Isera, in Vallagarina, in which the gentleness of the aroma and the harmonious taste tending towards bitterness harmonize in a suggestive way.

Note di degustazione

Ruby red color with brilliant amaranth reflections. The nose is fruity with hints of small red fruits and floral nuances of violet with a light spiciness. On the palate it is savory, balanced and with fragrant fruit.

    Ideal to accompany a plate of Spin-corn polenta from Valsugana, sautéed mushrooms and Taleggio fondue.

  • Metodo di produzione

    After a brief maceration on the skins, maturation follows in large oak barrels for 6 to 12 months.
