Tasting notes

Crystalline salmon pink colour. The nose is fruity with hints of small red fruits such as blueberry and blackberry, floral notes of rose and violet. On the palate it is fresh and slightly mineral, balanced and with a pleasant and elegant tannin.

Pairings

To be tried in combination with a simple but excellent platter of cheeses, such as Grana Trentino Dop, accompanied by a selection of local cold cuts and sausages.

Production method

After a short cold maceration on the pomace, the wine first ages for 3 months in stainless steel and then refines for 3 months in the bottle.
