Tasting notes

With a deep ruby ​​red color. The nose is fruity with hints of ripe cherries and plums, with a floral note of violet, sweet spice and a hint of vanilla. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh, full-bodied and pleasantly tannic.

Ideal to accompany a substantial dish based on Spin-corn polenta from Valsugana with venison stew.

Production method

After a good stay on the pomace, the wine first matures for 12 months in large oak barrels and then refines for 6 months in the bottle.
