Straw yellow in color with golden reflections. On the nose it presents floral notes of rose petals, litchi and a light spicy note. On the palate it is extremely aromatic, warm and pleasantly fresh.

White vinification with short cold maceration. Fermentation and aging on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for approximately 5-6 months. Rests in the bottle for 1 year.
