Garnet red colour. The nose is fruity with hints of red fruits, vegetal notes and pepper. On the palate it is dry and medium-bodied, with fruity and vegetal aromas accompanied by a balanced freshness and good tannin.

Ideal to accompany a plate of Spin-corn polenta from Valsugana with venison stew.

After a prolonged maceration on the skins, maturation follows in large oak barrels for 24 months first and then refinement in the bottle for a further 6 months.
