Elisa, the producer behind Sylvatica, wanted to create a drink that is practical and quick to prepare, suitable for all seasons . So she started with ginger, added lemon balm and lemon verbena for their citrus freshness, enriched everything with the fragrant wild lime, elderberry and mountain flowers and a selection of cornflower petals to steal the eyes. To conclude this fragrant recipe, pure cardamom seeds, the herbaceous fragrance of wild green Rooibos and a hint of peppermint.
Pleasant, fresh, citrusy and with the final touch of ginger , it lends itself to being a drink also drunk cold, with the addition of a little lemon and slightly sweetened.
