Ruby red color with violet reflections. On the nose it has hints of ripe fruit, blackberry, raspberry and blueberry and a spicy note of mint and floral scent of violet. On the palate it is full-bodied with a strong tannin that gives depth to this red wine.

Ideal to accompany a plate of Spin-corn polenta from Valsugana with venison stew.

After a long stay on the pomace, the wine matures first for 12 months in oak barriques and then for 6 months in steel containers, with a further refinement of 6 months in the bottle.
