Led by the young Daniele, the company combines tradition and innovation, growing cereals with ancient methods passed down from generation to generation.

Production method

El Pizo Tagliatelle are made with Aurelius soft wheat flour, 100% grown in Trentino. The flour is stone ground, a slow process that preserves all the exceptional organoleptic characteristics of the wheat. The pasta is bronze drawn, giving it a rough surface ideal for retaining sauces, and is slowly dried at low temperatures to maintain flavor and nutritional values intact.
