Tasting notes

The 2022 Pinot Bianco by Klaus Lentsch has a bright straw yellow color. On the nose it offers delicate notes of green apple, pear and white flowers, with a light mineral touch. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, with good acidity that balances the fruity notes. The finish is long and clean, with a pleasant persistence that enhances its elegance and finesse.

Pairings

Klaus Lentsch's Pinot Bianco pairs perfectly with fish dishes such as baked sea bream fillets, grilled shrimp or seafood risotto. It is also ideal with vegetarian dishes, such as a fresh asparagus salad or a plate of grilled vegetables. Its freshness and acidity also make it an excellent accompaniment for fresh cheeses such as buffalo mozzarella or goat's cheese.

Production method

The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified with care. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel, to preserve the fresh and fruity aromas of Pinot Bianco. The wine then rests for a few months on the fine lees, before being bottled, to develop greater complexity and structure, while maintaining the typical freshness of the grape variety.
