Note di degustazione
Kerner vintage 2022 by Klaus Lentsch shows a bright straw yellow color. On the nose it offers intense aromas of white flowers and fresh fruit, with notes of apple and peach. In the mouth it is balanced, fresh and harmonious, with a pleasant minerality and a light flavor that makes it particularly refreshing.

Abbinamenti: lasciati ispirare
Perfect to start a dinner, it beautifully accompanies light appetizers such as fish carpaccio or summer salads. Its vibrant minerality and light flavor make it particularly suitable to be enjoyed with seafood and shellfish, enhancing the flavors of the sea with elegance and refinement. Even with fresh cheeses, such as goat's cheese or mozzarella, Kerner goes well, balancing the creaminess with its lively acidity.

Metodo di produzione
Kerner grapes are harvested manually when perfectly ripe. After destemming, soft pressing takes place followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel. The wine matures briefly on the fine yeasts before being bottled.
