Collecting the best mountain pine buds is always an adventure. We leave early in the morning to reach the perfect habitats at 1,800-2,000 m above sea level . Their slow maceration allows the active ingredients of this precious Alpine plant to be extracted intact. The initial sweet and caramelized sensation gives way to the aromatic taste, the resinous flavor and the balsamic persistence that characterizes mountain pine.
