Note di degustazione

Riserva San Massimo Classic Carnaroli Rice stands out for its compact consistency and exceptional cooking resistance. During preparation, it releases a creamy starch that gives risottos a velvety texture. The grain maintains a light al dente consistency, enhancing the flavors of the ingredients with which it is paired.

  • Abbinamenti: lasciati ispirare

This fine rice is the ideal ingredient for a wide range of risottos. It pairs beautifully with porcini mushrooms, creating a rich and aromatic autumn dish. With seafood, it enhances the delicate flavours of the sea, while with seasonal vegetables it offers a light and colourful risotto. Finally, saffron transforms it into a classic risotto alla Milanese, with an intense and refined flavour.

  • Metodo di produzione

Riserva San Massimo grows Carnaroli Classico Rice in fields immersed in the forest, where the compact, humid and peaty soil enhances the organoleptic qualities of the rice. Cultivation follows sustainable practices, with organic fertilization and bio-integrated farming techniques. Processing includes drying, stone husking and packaging in a protective atmosphere, guaranteeing a product of the highest quality.
