The Alpine region of Trentino Alto Adige is definitely the emblem of the Italian mountains. A small and fortunate territory rich in green meadows, uncontaminated forests, high altitude peaks, streams of pure water, glaciers of the Brenta Dolomites where very fresh and crystalline water flows. For over 170 years, the Dolzan family has continued the tradition of distillation in this wonderful environment, giving great attention and respect to nature and ancient mountain works such as the cultivation of rye at high altitude .
