Amber in color with golden reflections. On the nose it is particularly aromatic and pleasantly fruity with hints of very ripe grapes, toasted notes of almond, amaretto and yeast, with floral nuances, in particular rose petals, orange blossom, elderberry and jasmine. The taste is very soft and elegant, full, with a rich aromatic bouquet that confirms the perceptions of the perfume.

Try it in combination with white chocolate to enhance its aromas.

After having scrupulously selected the best grapes, a slow distillation follows in discontinuous cycle copper stills, typical of Trentino. This phase, followed by the master distiller who cuts the head and tail, is essential to preserve the precious characteristics and aromas of the vine. After distillation, the grappa rests in stainless steel for six months, before being reduced in alcohol content with spring water from Trentino and then aged for 3 years in oak barriques, reaching a more complex and enveloping character.
