Production method
Production method
After having scrupulously selected only the best grapes, a slow distillation follows in discontinuous cycle copper stills, typical of Trentino. This phase, followed by the master distiller who cuts the head and tail, is essential to preserve the precious characteristics and aromas of the vine. After distillation, the grappa rests in stainless steel for six months, before being reduced in alcohol content with spring water from Trentino and then aged for 5 years in oak barriques, reaching a more complex and enveloping character.
