Note di degustazione
Amber in color with golden reflections. On the nose it is complex and intriguing with toasted and fruity hints of muscat grapes, pineapple, citrus fruits, rennet apple, with floral nuances of elderflower, acacia, lily of the valley and wisteria. The taste is particularly soft and refined, with delicate notes of nuts and spices, balsamic, fruity and floral.

Metodo di produzione
After having scrupulously selected only the best grapes, a slow distillation follows in discontinuous cycle copper stills, typical of Trentino. This phase, followed by the master distiller who cuts the head and tail, is essential to preserve the precious characteristics and aromas of the vine. After distillation, the grappa rests in stainless steel for six months, before being reduced in alcohol content with spring water from Trentino and then aged for 5 years in oak barriques, reaching a more complex and enveloping character.
