  • Metodo di produzione

    The grappa "Brume di Salim" with herbs is born from the soft pressing of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, from which fresh and aromatic pomace is obtained. These are left to ferment in special containers to facilitate the transformation of sugars into alcohol. Once fermentation is complete, the slow and careful distillation takes place in traditional stills heated in a bain-marie, a process that allows the alcoholic part to be separated while keeping the finest aromas intact. Finally, the grappa is enriched with a balanced infusion of woodruff, juniper and rue, which give it an unmistakable aromatic profile and its digestive properties.
