Ginificio Microdistillery is an Italian artisan company that is passionately dedicated to the creation of spirits, bitters and liqueurs. The production process is carried out manually, distilling small quantities to ensure maximum care in the finished product.

Ginuno is handcrafted using a careful selection of botanicals, including juniper, rosemary, citrus and lavender. These are infused in neutral organic alcohol, obtained from Italian soft wheat supplied by Distilleria Sacchetto. The distillation process takes place in small batches, allowing for meticulous quality control and ensuring a final product that reflects the balance and passion of Ginificio Microdistillery.
