Maccherone is a tubular and ridged pasta format particularly suitable for accompanying sauces. It is produced from a very high quality flour, obtained from the slow stone grinding of AlpBerries spelled, grown with a strictly organic method at around 750 m above sea level in Vigolo Vattaro, on the Vigolana Plateau in the Province of Trento. The Spelled Maccherone is bronze drawn and subsequently dried slowly at a low temperature in order to best preserve the aromas and aromas of the cereal.

Metodo di produzione
The pasta is produced strictly following an artisanal process at the AlpBerries Farm. Starting from the organic cultivation of spelled, the semolina obtained by stone milling is processed with water to form the dough. The latter is then bronze drawn and the resulting paste is dried at low temperatures for approximately 30 hours. This approach ensures the quality and consistency of the pasta, while preserving its nutritional properties.
