The Alpine region of Trentino-South Tyrol is definitely the emblem of the Italian mountains. For over 170 years, the Dolzan family has continued the tradition of distillation in this wonderful environment, giving great attention and respect to nature and ancient mountain works such as the cultivation of barley at high altitude.
