In the heart of Garda Trentino, Guà Farm is synonymous with sustainability and innovation. Founded in 2018 by Chiara Garini and Stefano Benetti, the company is dedicated to organic cultivation using agroforestry techniques to respond to modern environmental and nutritional challenges. With over 60 species of aromatic herbs, vegetables, shrubs and fruit trees, their biodiverse garden is an example of how nature can thrive in harmony. Guà Farm produces shiitake mushrooms outdoors, using the traditional Japanese method on wooden logs, a gastronomic novelty in the local agri-food scene.

Guà Farm grows shiitake mushrooms following the traditional Japanese method on wooden logs outdoors, without the use of harmful chemicals. This natural approach respects the biological cycle of the mushroom, guaranteeing a high-quality product. The cream is handcrafted with simple and genuine ingredients: shiitake mushrooms (76%) grown on the farm, water, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil and salt. The careful processing preserves the nutritional and organoleptic properties of the mushrooms, offering a healthy and tasty product.
