Pieces of pears directly from the trees of Ciasa dò Parè and from other small organic productions in Trentino: sweet, rich in fiber and vitamins, they ripen in the sun giving energy and energy. Then combined with Teroldego, one of the most representative wines of Trentino wine, they give life to a sweet and very enveloping jam.

When cooking freshly picked and untreated pears, very little sugar and lemon juice, both organic and Italian, are added as natural preservatives.
