Production method

Champagne Marie Le Brun Blanc de Blancs is produced using the traditional champenoise method, with a second fermentation in the bottle to ensure the finesse of the bubbles. The Chardonnay grapes are hand-picked and gently pressed to preserve the purity of the juice. After fermentation, the wine ages on the lees for 36 months, developing complexity and aromatic richness.
