Tasting notes

Champagne AOC Brut Nuance de Noirs Premier Cru by André Roger stands out for its bright golden color and fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it offers aromas of ripe fruit, with hints of citrus and subtle nuances of toasted almond and bread crust. On the palate, it is elegant and harmonious, with a beautiful freshness and a long persistence on the palate, characterized by a fine and creamy bubble.

Pairings

This Champagne pairs perfectly with fish, shellfish, and seafood dishes, but is also excellent with white meats, beef tartare, and soft cheeses.

Production method

Produced exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes, hand-picked in the Premier Cru vineyards of the Montagne de Reims. The vinification follows the traditional champenoise method, with fermentation and aging on the lees for a minimum of 36 months, giving the wine a unique complexity and depth.
