The idea for this cider was born while drinking a Ginger Beer and later, thanks to a producer from Val Venosta, the ginger root found its way to the Floribunda barrels.
The rhizome is left to ferment together with the apple must to obtain a fun and fruity cider that will tantalize the most curious palates.

Yellow with light golden reflections, subtle and very persistent perlage. Intense aroma of fresh apples, ginger and light lemon note. Dry and fresh on the palate, with exotic, citrus and peppery nuances.
