Note di degustazione

Yellow with light orange reflections, subtle and very persistent perlage. Scent of ripe apples and hints of green peppers and pepper. On the palate the spiciness of the Habanero is balanced by the dry and fresh taste of the Topaz.

To be tried in combination with a typical South Tyrolean platter based on mountain cheeses, speck and Schüttelbrot.
Metodo di produzione
Il peperoncino viene lasciato fermentare assieme al mosto di mele per ottenere un sidro piccante, successivamente il mosto viene filtrato ed imbottigliato proseguendo con la seconda fermentazione in bottiglia.
