This apple cider is a cuvée of Topaz and Gold Rush. The fruits of these sun-ripened, high-fructose varieties have a refreshing acidity. With the aim of bringing the multiplicity of aromas and flavours into the bottle, different fractions fermented in stainless steel and oak barrels are combined.

Yellow with golden reflections, subtle and very persistent perlage. Intense aroma with light spicy and fresh apple scents. Dry, harmonious, fresh and elegant on the palate, with sweet notes of fruit and ripe apples.
